Overview
Villa Khoira is an expansive, multi-tiered residential estate designed to harmonize with the dramatic natural topography of its site. More than a single residence, the project functions as a private, self-contained community comprising a monumental main villa (2,038 m²), four luxury guest villas (ranging from 616 to 815 m²), a private mosque, and shared communal amenities. The core architectural challenge—and its ultimate triumph—was negotiating the steep incline of the land without compromising privacy or the panoramic views.

Rather than flattening the site, MOST MONTI STUDIO embraced the slope, organizing the masterplan across three distinct, cascading plateaus.
The First Plateau (The Summit): Anchoring the estate at street level, this tier houses the primary residence, the mosque, and the main arrival/parking infrastructure, establishing an authoritative presence.
The Second Plateau (The Descent): Stepping down the terrain, this level accommodates the first pair of guest villas, engineered to ensure their rooflines do not obstruct the views from the main house above.
The Third Plateau (The Oasis): The lowest tier holds the final two villas and the communal infinity pool, creating a secluded, resort-like atmosphere deeply embedded in the landscape.
