This rigid white block is dramatically contrasted by a sweeping, perforated red-brick wall at the ground level. Acting as a contemporary mashrabiya, this textured, earth-toned element filters the sunlight, guides the arrival sequence, and provides a tactile preview of the warmth hidden inside.

The Internal Oasis: Fluidity & Transparency
The true narrative of the home is revealed upon crossing the threshold. The strict, orthogonal geometry of the exterior completely yields to a sweeping, organic curve. The entire spatial program of the villa is organized around a hidden, circular courtyard. This inward-facing sanctuary—complete with a private swimming pool, outdoor lounging, and lush tropical landscaping—acts as the luminous beating heart of the project.

Materiality & The Indoor-Outdoor Continuum
Inside, the living spaces are designed to seamlessly dissolve into the central courtyard. Expansive, curved floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps the inner perimeter, flooding the high-ceilinged living rooms with natural daylight.
