Overview
This project is essentially a juxtaposition of volumes that responds to the need for privacy while making the most of the opportunity offered by the riverside site. From the moment you enter, the unadorned white cubes, interrupted only by narrow slits, defy our expectations of what a house should look like and make it almost impossible to deduce the project's spatial organization from the outside. On the other hand, the north-facing facades open onto the riverbank and connect the architecture to its immediate surroundings. The idea of nature finding its way into the interior spaces is a recurring theme throughout the house and helps to unify all the spaces.

This project is a high-end luxury villa situated on a premier riverside site, designed to function as a private sanctuary while embracing its natural surroundings. The estate is a comprehensive lifestyle destination, equipped with an exhaustive suite of amenities that cater to wellness, recreation, and spiritual life. The program includes a professional gym and spa, a bespoke barber station, a large swimming pool, and a full-sized basketball court. The expansive grounds feature a meticulously landscaped garden, a private barn, and a small, elegantly integrated mosque, all designed to offer a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

This tiered strategy utilizes the site's 8-meter elevation drop to organize the program into two distinct zones. The upper plateau mediates the transition from the existing neighborhood, while the lower level maximizes direct engagement with the coastline, naturally defining different levels of privacy and activity.

The monolithic mass is split longitudinally to create two parallel volumes separated by a central void. This shift introduces natural light and cross-ventilation deep into the floor plan while maintaining the villa’s expansive connection to the waterfront.
The original proposal centers on a monolithic longitudinal volume that stretches along the lower terrace. By orienting the mass parallel to the shoreline, the design maximizes panoramic sea views and creates a singular, unified presence that anchors the villa to the waterfront.

The void between the volumes is transformed into a central garden and water axis, integrating landscape directly into the architectural core. This strategy introduces a natural microclimate, using greenery and reflection pools to blur the boundaries between the interior living spaces and the coastal environment.
