A penthouse designed for a family in Dakar who are looking for intimacy and meditation in a building under construction. The approach was to maintain only the structural axes (strengthening the floor that would have brought the pool to the terrace) and completely redesign the space planning according to the customer's needs.

Centered on human well-being, the layout organizes the "daily plot" of a large family into distinct zones for privacy, recreation, and social sharing. An expansive open-plan living area serves as the home’s communal heart, while the master suite offers a secluded workspace with panoramic sea views. To accommodate local customs, a dual-kitchen system separates social cooking from traditional service areas. The program concludes on a multi-functional terrace designed for large family events, integrating a pool, gym, and study area into a versatile social crown.
