Overview
Perched on the precipitous edge of a rugged coastal cliff, The Zenith is a 10-story residential landmark that redefines the relationship between architecture and topography. Designed by Most Monto Studio, the structure does not merely sit upon the cliff; it appears to grow from it, bridging the gap between the ancient geological formations and futuristic urban living.

The building’s signature is its rhythmic, cellular facade. A series of deep-set, organic arches create a "living skin" that provides both solar shading and absolute privacy. These sculpted voids house expansive private terraces filled with lush greenery, allowing residents to live suspended between the horizon and the sea.
At the base, the building’s amenity levels cantilever boldly over the abyss, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic. A dedicated glass inclinator (vertical lift) provides a dramatic transition from the private pier at sea level directly into the heart of the residence. The Zenith is a masterclass in structural audacity and biophilic harmony.
