MOST Monti Studio was commissioned to complete this villa mid-construction, transforming an existing concrete shell into a serene family haven. Located in Thiès, Senegal—a crossroads between the northern desert and southern tropics—the design balances the owners' personal style with a site-specific response to the intense sun and shifting sands, creating a refined and harmonious architectural character.

The interior adopts a neutral white palette and champagne-framed transparency to create a luminous, ephemeral atmosphere. Climatic comfort is managed via an adjustable pergola roof system that filters sun and sand, while a suspended steel-and-glass staircase serves as a visual anchor, linking expansive communal halls to 12 private suites. Modernizing the traditional Senegalese patio, the design centers on a pool and wellness axis, creating a sheltered sanctuary that balances contemporary luxury with regional environmental needs.
